What you will do

• Lead video production for Vanity Fair, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 5 producers and collaborate with the LA-based Senior Producer.
• Collaborate with Programming and Development teams to evolve video strategy and launch new series.
• Oversee production logistics, including shoot planning, team assignments, and resource allocation.
• Generate and optimize new content formats for social media and YouTube.
• Lead hiring and talent development for staff and freelance crews.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, NY
• 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Minimum 3 years of directing or content leadership experience.
• Proven track record of managing staff and freelance production teams.
• Strong understanding of production and post-production workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
