What you will do

• Own all production planning, including scheduling, budgeting, locations, crew, and vendor coordination.
• Manage the channel production budget in partnership with the GM, tracking spend in real time.
• Lead on-set production, maintaining the schedule and supporting the Creative Producer.
• Source and manage production contractors and talent logistics, including travel and accommodations.
• Collaborate with the GM on financial performance, operational reporting, and capacity planning.
• Develop and document scalable production systems to improve channel quality and speed.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in production management or line producing for YouTube or digital video.
• Proven track record of managing production budgets and schedules from pre-production to delivery.
• Experience producing on-location shoots with lean crews in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Greenville, NC.
• Exceptional organizational precision and the ability to remain decisive under pressure.
• Clear and proactive communication skills to coordinate with GM and Creative Producers.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with YouTube channel operations, including asset management and upload pipelines.
• Experience building production infrastructure from scratch for early-stage channels.
• Existing relationships with production crew or vendors in the Southeast US.
• Background in lifestyle, culinary, or unscripted production.
