What you will do

• Act as key member of German management team, providing financial insights for strategic and day-to-day decisions.
• Analyze and track financial/operational KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and drive profitability initiatives.
• Evaluate commercial initiatives via business cases, profitability analyses, and scenario modeling.
• Enhance forecasting, planning, and reporting using modern data-driven methodologies.
• Lead and develop FP&A analyst/controller, fostering high-performance team culture.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years in Controlling/FP&A in commercial, e-commerce or digital consumer environment.
• Proven senior business partnering experience with Commercial, Marketing or Country Management stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of customer economics (CLV, marketing ROI) and forecasting.
• Advanced analytical skills with data-driven mindset; expertise in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery).
• Fluent in both German and English.
