What you will do

• Own end-to-end global T&E processes, establishing and optimizing scalable frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Lead project-based implementation of centralized T&E tools like SAP Concur, replacing fragmented systems and driving user adoption.
• Apply country-specific regulations (e.g., per diems in Germany, USA, Spain) and ensure compliance across markets.
• Act as global expert and advisor for stakeholders on T&E topics, translating regulations into practical guidance.
• Integrate T&E with Accounts Payable, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite), and finance/HR teams for seamless operations.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, automation, and digitalization in finance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Finance Operations focused on Travel & Expense
• Deep expertise in international T&E management and country-specific regulations
• Proven experience building, transforming, or scaling T&E processes in project contexts
• Hands-on with T&E tools (e.g., SAP Concur) and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite a plus)
• Strong process design, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
