What you will do

• Support monthly reporting and create meaningful KPI analyses for management and business teams.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
• Prepare presentations and ad-hoc analyses to help steer the business.
• Improve reporting processes, data quality, and financial systems in collaboration with the FP&A team.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar Finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with financial and business data.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with PowerQuery and PowerPivot.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with planning tools like OneStream.
• Proficiency in German.
