• Deliver financial due diligence sections, including quality of earnings, net working capital, and net debt.
• Create, manipulate, and maintain diverse data sets within comprehensive databooks.
• Draft report sections based on detailed financial analysis.
• Conduct business development through the preparation of pipeline and pitch documents.
• Collaborate with senior management and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in a numerical subject (or equivalent).
• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
• Excellent analytical, written, and spoken communication skills.
• Prior experience in transaction services or restructuring is preferred, though exceptional audit candidates will be considered.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
