What you will do

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Consolidate multi-entity and multi-currency financials.
• Manage revenue accounting, including deferred revenue and subscription invoicing.
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Mentor junior team members and partner with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online expertise (required).
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
• Familiarity with GAAP and multi-currency consolidation.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or leading financial audits.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
• Prior experience working in a startup or scaling company.
