What you will do

• Own the architecture for platform services, data models, event schemas, and security models.
• Define long-term architectural direction aligned with business and product strategies.
• Establish and oversee CI/CD, testing, SLOs, and DevOps strategies.
• Hire, lead, and mentor in-house and outsourced engineering teams.
• Ensure product adherence to industry compliance standards in regulated gambling markets.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Sales teams to align roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• 8–10+ years of experience building distributed systems and shipping production software at scale.
• Expertise in microservices and event-driven patterns.
• Experience in highly regulated, audit-heavy environments (gaming strongly preferred).
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain required gaming licenses.
