What you will do

• Support Quality Management in resolving technical non-conformities and ensuring compliance with Management of Change requirements.
• Assist Supply Management with incoming goods inspections and Quality Gate 1.
• Coordinate anchor cage and foundation pre-inspections in collaboration with Civil PE and Supply Management.
• Compile and review documentation for pre-assembly, statutory inspections, and release reports.
• Manage NCRs and incidents using UPVISE, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Address quality deviations (De-Snagging) to ensure long-term operational reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Construction, Civil, Environmental, Materials Science, or Energy) or 5–7 years of relevant wind industry experience.
• Ability to climb wind turbines up to 180 meters in varying weather conditions.
• Solid understanding of health and safety procedures, including LOTO, electrical safety, fall protection, and MSDS.
• Experience in construction, installation, commissioning, mechanical testing, and quality management.
• Familiarity with mechanical, rotating, and hydraulic systems.
• Fluent English skills and confident communication across international teams.
