What you will do
- Operationalize the Global Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Program, fostering a company-wide culture of business ethics.
- Manage the end-to-end third-party due diligence lifecycle for vendors, banks, and payment partners, including AML/KYC and sanctions screening.
- Drive the governance and rollout of key compliance policies and procedures, maintaining audit-ready inventories.
- Co-own the Related Party Transactions (RPT) framework and validate material disclosure requirements.
- Oversee the global compliance training platform, managing content development, user administration, and metrics.
- Support ethics investigations and contribute to contract reviews and negotiations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires, Madrid, Montevideo, or Barcelona
- English: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) required
- At least 3+ years of experience in Compliance focusing on Ethics, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Law.
- Experience managing due diligence and onboarding platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple time zones and geographies.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the payment industry.
- Experience with FCPA or equivalent anti-corruption risk assessments.
