What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of methodologies and best practices for solution delivery.
• Support the creation of technical offerings, acting as "Customer Zero" to pilot and refine new technologies.
• Provide presales support, solution architecture, and technical leadership for strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Guide high-value customers as a trusted advisor through solution workshops and architecture reviews.
• Partner with Microsoft and other strategic partners to co-create solutions and drive joint success.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform solutions.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering complex Microsoft solutions for enterprise customers.
• At least 10 years of experience in a technical field (ideally with Microsoft technologies).
• Strong track record in technical leadership, innovation, and methodology development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
