What you will do

• Shape and drive the strategic agenda for the Nordic IT organization, gaining exposure to senior management.
• Lead projects from strategic technology assessments and pre-studies to full implementation across business units.
• Partner with senior IT and business leaders to ensure technology decisions deliver clear business impact.
• Conduct, document, and present analysis to facilitate decision-making for key technology initiatives.
• Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities to scale capabilities and improve efficiency via shared solutions.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in IT/Technology management consultancy.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and transformations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to provide financially-sound recommendations for complex challenges.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder management skills to reconcile diverse views into a common agenda.
