TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (2x per week in office) in São Paulo or Campinas, Brazil

What you will do

• Lead the technical design and implementation of scalable systems powering the PJ app experience for millions of customers.
• Partner with Global Platform teams to integrate core services while maintaining a product-driven focus.
• Translate entrepreneur-specific challenges into robust, high-performance software solutions.
• Maintain technical excellence through architectural discussions, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Business Units to ensure a unified customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in Flutter and mobile architecture.
• Proficiency in Clojure/BDC backend systems, including authentication flows and token management.
• Ability to own the architectural vision for scaling PJ products across segments and countries.
• Track record of driving alignment on hard architectural problems across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, long-horizon initiatives.
• Must be based in São Paulo or Campinas, Brazil.
