What you will do
- Design "Voice of the Customer" journeys by integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce to provide a 360-degree view of client interactions.
- Develop and maintain CTI, Contact Flow designs, and real-time data syncing between Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS.
- Architect and deploy full-stack web applications using React and Node.js to enhance the agent experience.
- Implement Agentforce and AWS AI services (Lex, Polly) to automate self-service voice bots and intelligent call routing.
- Optimize AWS Lambda functions and backend services powering the connectivity between the call center and the CRM.
- Mentor Web, Salesforce, and DevOps teams on cloud-native communication best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce Development (Service Cloud, Flow, LWC).
- 3+ years in Fullstack Web Development (React, Vue, or Angular; Node.js, Python, or Java).
- 2+ years of experience with AWS Connect or similar cloud-based call center technologies.
- Advanced/Fluent English (C1) for direct collaboration with US-based clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Certifications: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
- Experience with Amazon QuickSight or Salesforce Tableau for call center performance data.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, SFDX) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation).
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum development environments.
