What you will do

• Develop and ship onboarding automations, lifecycle triggers, and customer task queues.
• Build analytics pipelines and self-serve dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Create A/B test infrastructure to enable the team to run experiments without engineering tickets.
• Translate vague business briefs into scoped, working technical systems from start to finish.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong startup background is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate vague business problems into functional technical systems.
• Genuine product sense and a focus on moving key business metrics.
• High level of autonomy and proactive communication regarding blockers and assumptions.

Nice to have

• Experience in PLG (Product-Led Growth), activation, or onboarding engineering.
