TL;DR
Operations Manager (TOC): Leading the Technical Operations Center to ensure 24/7 service availability for streaming services with an accent on incident management, vendor coordination, and team leadership. Focus on building resilient operational processes, optimizing monitoring frameworks, and ensuring seamless service reliability for millions of users.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid: at least 3 days a week in the office)

What you will do
- Lead and develop the TOC Agent team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and psychological safety.
- Manage staffing and recruitment, including the long-term structural evaluation of the team.
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality, coverage, and alignment with operational standards.
- Drive incident management practices, from on-call processes and escalation paths to root cause analysis.
- Own and continuously improve operational runbooks, monitoring frameworks, and escalation procedures.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product stakeholders to ensure operational readiness for new features and events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a people management role, preferably leading a NOC or TOC function.
- Strong background in incident management, service reliability, and operational process design.
- Experience managing external staffing partners and vendor relationships.
- Ability to effectively communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capacity to build and coach teams within a 24/7 shift-based environment.
- Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Nice to have
- Experience in the media, streaming, or broadcast industry.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tooling such as Splunk or NPAW.
- Experience working alongside engineering organizations.
