What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable backend microservices for payments, disbursements, or GRC squads.
• Optimize systems for secure fund collection, transaction processing, and beneficiary disbursements.
• Build user onboarding, KYC, and compliance services adhering to regulatory standards.
• Design infrastructure handling millions of daily requests with top security and performance.
• Integrate Google Cloud services and manage distributed systems with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams; mentor juniors and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent or advanced English (upper-intermediate minimum for clear professional communication)
• 5+ years as Software Engineer in fast-paced environments, ideally Fintech.
• Proven experience building and shipping software with REST APIs, algorithms, and data structures.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns like Hexagonal, Event-Driven, A/B testing, feature flags.
• Knowledge of security protocols, KYC/AML, payment systems, or compliance platforms.
• Strong collaboration, prioritization, and continuous learning mindset.
