What you will do

• Optimize trading algorithms and architecture to reduce latency by microseconds and nanoseconds.
• Identify and eliminate code inefficiencies in high-throughput network applications to maintain market competitiveness.
• Build monitoring tools using ClickHouse and Grafana to track and analyze round-trip time to exchanges.
• Collaborate with traders and quant researchers to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including deployment, monitoring, and system tweaking.

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing C++ low-latency systems within a trading environment.
• Deep understanding of modern computer architecture and high-performance code design.
• Expertise in the optimization of network and server components (e.g., Arista, Cisco Nexus, Cisco Fusion).
• Solid experience with kernel-bypass technologies such as Solarflare OpenOnload, TCPDirect, ef_vi, Exablaze, InfiniBand verbs, or DPDK.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, Florida.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of network switches.
• Familiarity with FPGA collaboration.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to drive performance improvements.
