What you will do

• Prepare test cases based on specifications and global standards such as GB and GB/T.
• Collaborate with suppliers to monitor validation status and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support for test bench concepts, installation, and internal/external lab audits.
• Design and set up laboratories for internal testing.
• Develop advanced test methods to meet increased performance and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in cell validation, including at least 1 year in chemistry, performance, or safety.
• Strong knowledge of worldwide cell validation standards.
• Proven experience in cell test planning, conduction, and reporting.
• Fluent English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

Nice to have

• Experience with prismatic cells for xEV.
• Experience in mass production for global OEMs.
• Knowledge of battery cell design and its impact on key KPIs.
