What you will do

• Contribute to automated publication pipelines that integrate with engineering systems to assemble release-ready content.
• Prototype LLM-powered authoring assistants for tagging, classification, and content quality checks via CMS APIs.
• Design scalable metadata structures to make content legible for AI agents and in-product AI experiences.
• Decompose complex documentation into modular building blocks for automated assembly.
• Implement WCAG-aligned authoring practices and validate AI-generated alt text and content.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to align content with real user workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Communication, Information Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Philadelphia office.
• Demonstrated practice with LLMs and AI agents, including building or prototyping academic or personal projects.
• Excellent written communication skills with high attention to structure, clarity, and usability.
• Comfort working with APIs, structured content systems, or technical platforms (XML, DITA, or CCMS experience is a plus).
• Analytical mindset capable of breaking down complex systems into modular components.
