What you will do

• Assist in all stages of AI Delivery projects, including designing, building, deploying, and tuning AI solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ML, Data Science, Engineering) to build solutions that meet business objectives.
• Design conversational experiences for voice and chat virtual agents across verticals like financial services and telecommunications.
• Define labeling guidelines for training conversational AI models and assist with the labeling process.
• Lead model maintenance efforts to ensure AI outputs meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of Conversational AI and natural language processing (NLP) models.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Python.
• Experience with any bot design platform.
