What you will do

• Partner with leaders to identify AI opportunities and build scalable playbooks, prompts, templates, and processes.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and role-specific experiences to drive durable AI adoption.
• Translate AI capabilities to team needs, collaborating with IT, Legal, Security, and functional leaders.
• Track adoption metrics, identify friction points, and refine success measures for productivity and impact.
• Champion responsible AI use, guiding teams on value, limitations, and human oversight.

Requirements

• Experience driving adoption, enablement, or change management in business environments.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
• Ability to redesign workflows around messy business problems.
• Pragmatic, organized, and energized by helping others succeed in ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise AI rollouts or internal transformations.
• Familiarity with governance, responsible use, or data/privacy.
