What you will do

• Identify and implement automation and process simplification to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational governance, business excellence, and financial management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing vendor/contractor operations and SOW governance.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive reports and business narratives.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities.
• Exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain is preferred.
