What you will do

• Define and continuously optimize the global logistics strategy for the Rare Disease portfolio.
• Orchestrate the end-to-end logistics ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with planning and commercial priorities.
• Own the selection, governance, and performance management of all external logistics providers (3PLs, transport partners, cold chain providers).
• Establish and lead a Global Logistics Control Tower to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure full compliance with GDP and regulatory standards across the network.
• Guarantee on-time, in-full delivery for patient-critical therapies.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in pharma/biotech logistics.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Expertise in cold chain and specialty distribution.
• Deep knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice).
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
