What you will do
- Develop and maintain global supply plans aligned to commercial forecasts while safeguarding patient supply
- Translate demand signals into supply plans ensuring uninterrupted patient access and revenue realization
- Partner with Brand Managers on demand assumptions, launch readiness, and growth scenarios
- Identify and manage risks to patient supply and revenue, including stock-outs and delays
- Coordinate with Supply Execution, Manufacturing, and Logistics for plan feasibility
- Support IBP/S&OP processes and scenario planning prioritizing patient impact
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field
- At least 6 months of experience in supply chain
- Strong business and patient-centric mindset
- Ability to balance patient needs with commercial and financial objectives
- Analytical and structured problem-solving approach
Nice to have
- Experience in complex environments
- Experience in planning processes (IBP/S&OP)
- Exposure to global supply chains and CMO environments
- Experience working with Commercial/Brand teams
- Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis
