What you will do

• Manage managed services production environments and implement comprehensive telemetry for system health.
• Partner with customers to ensure seamless deployment and integration of hirify.global software.
• Enhance product reliability and operability by contributing directly to the product code base.
• Provide high-level support for incident management, code upgrades, and optimization projects.
• Advise clients on API best practices for middleware creation during integration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve client issues and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience deploying and maintaining products in complex environments, ideally in financial services.
• 2-5 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with Linux, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Go, and Bash.
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in maintaining high availability within remote production environments and familiarity with VDIs.
• Must be based in Vancouver or surrounding cities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Java, Rust, or Javascript.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency with service management tools such as Jira Service Management or Zendesk.
