What you will do

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Financial Crime Analysts serving customers across the UK and US.
• Review team decisions and documentation to ensure they are technically sound and aligned with risk appetite.
• Manage global workflows and resources to meet internal SLAs without compromising quality.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to proactively stay ahead of financial crime.
• Act as the final authority on complex SME investigations involving UK and US business structures.
• Leverage technology to automate manual hurdles and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Crime Team Leader.
• Expertise in the end-to-end Customer Lifecycle, specifically in CDD/EDD.
• Deep knowledge of Beneficial Ownership (BO) for corporate entities.
• Experience with Transaction Monitoring oversight.
• Track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and evidence-based decision-making skills.
