TL;DR
Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript/AWS): Developing libraries and services for authorisation, authentication, and personalisation in Audience Platform with an accent on CIAM standards like OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect. Location: Salford/London Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
Salary: £63,000 - £73,000 depending on skills and experience

What you will do
- Analyse and solve complex problems to deliver innovative authentication and personalisation products.
- Develop high-quality code, tests, documentation, and scripts for maintainability and risk minimisation.
- Participate in pairing, code reviews, continuous delivery, and agile planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the product lifecycle, including out-of-hours incident support.
- Learn and assess new technologies for applicability to products.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK required (eligibility checks conducted)
- Production experience in TypeScript or JavaScript
- Knowledge of AWS services (CDK, CloudFormation, Lambda, EC2, Kinesis, WAF, ALB)
- Understanding of HTTP and RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of CIAM standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
- Experience communicating complex technical ideas to diverse audiences
Nice to have
- Experience with non-functional concerns (monitoring, performance, resilience, security)
- Zero downtime systems and live support experience
- Production Java experience
- Test-driven development
- Mentoring junior team members
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CodePipeline)
