What you will do

• Develop clean, maintainable features and resolve end-to-end issues to improve customer outcomes.
• Design and implement REST microservices using Node.js or Java/JVM technologies (Java 17+/Kotlin).
• Strategize and manage technical debt to maintain secure, resilient, and reliable systems.
• Define test approaches focusing on security, usability, and accessibility.
• Perform comprehensive code reviews focusing on performance, maintainability, and security.
• Coach and mentor engineers to foster collaboration and skill development.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with production-grade backend systems using Java (17+), Kotlin, or Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Deep understanding of clean architecture (hexagonal, onion) and layered designs.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and API design best practices.
• Experience with TDD, Git Flow, and CI/CD pipelines in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English: Excellent communication skills required
