What you will do

• Develop features for central AI starter kits, including agents, workflow components, and RAG pipelines.
• Build evaluation harnesses and metrics dashboards to track quality, latency, and cost.
• Maintain high engineering hygiene through tests, linting, code reviews, and CI/CD contributions.
• Support business unit delivery by adapting central AI patterns to specific contexts.
• Contribute to the AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) using a spec-first approach.

Requirements

• Solid coding ability in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or Java.
• Competence in basic engineering workflows, including Git, pull requests, and debugging.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, and data querying/storage.
• Must be based in the UK to facilitate occasional travel for workshops and onboarding.
• Strong written communication skills for technical handovers and specifications.

Nice to have

• Practical exposure to LLM applications, such as prompting, RAG, or vector search.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS basics.
• Experience with Power Platform.
