What you will do

• Manage the structure of Art Directors, Leads, and SMEs to ensure expertise coverage across all art production disciplines.
• Oversee art-related projects and final deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and internal quality standards.
• Mentor Art Directors and Associate Art Directors, defining their professional roadmaps and goals.
• Lead the art estimation process for new business opportunities and scope changes in existing projects.
• Support pitch preparations and enable top talent to interact effectively with clients.
• Establish and audit department standards and development workflows to fit specific project needs.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior art leadership role within the AAA games industry.
• Ability to define department structures, grading systems, and skill sets for art disciplines.
• Strong experience in mentoring Art Directors and managing senior-level talent.
• Proficiency in project estimation, budget oversight, and production workflow refinement.
• High proficiency in English for client-facing communication and internal strategy.
• Deep understanding of modern game engines, tools, and hardware requirements for art production.
