What you will do
- Create photorealistic 3D assets that meet the standards of modern AAA projects.
- Prepare assets for game engines and ensure they run correctly in real time.
- Create and configure materials, tiles, and decals.
- Work with high-poly photogrammetric objects.
- Handle performance optimization and bug fixing.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a 3D artist in the game development industry.
- Proficiency in the PBR pipeline and ZBrush for Hard Surface modeling.
- Experience with optimized UV mapping (overlaps, trims) and bug-free map baking.
- Advanced skills in realistic texturing, including wear and tear and trim sheets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team with artists and technical specialists.
- English: Basic level required.

- Experience working on AAA games.
- Proficiency with Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Strong, high-quality professional portfolio.
- Basic knowledge of level art and lighting.
- Formal art education.
