What you will do

• Lead the development of innovative ad concepts and co-branded in-game content across major platforms.
• Direct the production of high-quality ad assets and motion graphics.
• Represent the company at global industry conferences and manage stakeholder negotiations.
• Collaborate with the CEO and product teams to translate partnerships into gameplay integrations.
• Oversee A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize creative strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality standards across all visual assets.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an Art Director.
• Deep understanding of mobile gaming audiences and user preferences.
• Experience in managing both in-house and outsourced creative teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Kraków.
