Account Manager (iGaming)

We Are Hiring: Account Manager

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (office-based preferred)
💻 Remote format can also be considered for strong candidates
🕒 Full-time | 5/2 schedule

We are looking for an Account Manager to work with partners and help grow long-term business relationships.

This role is not just about replying to messages — we are looking for someone who can onboard partners, develop agent relationships, increase partner performance, and proactively drive results.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Managing incoming partner inquiries and onboarding new partners
• Full support of partners during all stages of cooperation
• Developing partner accounts and improving their performance
• Analyzing partner results and identifying growth opportunities
• Consulting and educating partners
• Proactively solving operational and communication issues
• Reporting and monitoring key metrics
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve partner results

🔹 Requirements:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to persuade and build long-term relationships
• Experience working with analytical data
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets (including formulas)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a multitasking environment
• Russian — fluent, English — B2
• Experience in Gambling / Betting industry
