What you will do

• Direct technical development and oversee quality management across projects.
• Promote best practices, standards, and tools adoption.
• Identify risks and provide proactive solutions.
• Define strategy for shared engine, tools, and build systems.
• Mentor Leads and Senior Engineers on tech choices and design.
• Make hiring decisions for Senior and Lead roles and support project kickoffs.

Requirements

• 8+ years software development experience, 3+ years leading game dev teams of 8+ engineers
• Proficiency in C++
• Proven mobile development experience with platform limitations
• Expert in one game domain (UI, Gameplay, Engine)
• Strong performance/memory optimization and low-level issue fixing
• Live Service game ownership
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience with globally distributed teams
