Engineering Team Lead (ERP)

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, QA, UX, and business analysts for the Project & Construction module.
• Own end-to-end delivery of roadmap features from discovery to customer adoption.
• Partner with Product Management to shape the backlog and define quarterly goals.
• Drive modern SDLC using Scrum/Kanban and DevSecOps practices.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor talent, setting clear OKRs and career paths.
• Champion test automation and enforce code reviews and architectural standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building business applications with C# / .NET and SQL.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience in Agile environments.
• Proven track record of delivering SaaS products at scale.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Git and pull-request workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in ERP, CRM, Accounting, or other complex business systems development.
