What you will do

• Oversee the launch and lifecycle of major titles such as Dragon Ball, Little Nightmares, and Elden Ring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors.
• Develop sales animation, including special and promotional offers, to boost business growth.
• Monitor distribution networks and optimize product placement within digital channels.
• Coordinate recommendations on pricing and promotions.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries and other regions to ensure global consistency in actions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English required.
• Perfect knowledge of the video games market and strong understanding of customers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, statistics, macros).
• Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive persona.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lyon, France.
