What you will do

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients in the German market.
• Plan and conduct structured client meetings to understand objectives, deliver updates, and address concerns.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and positive experiences through professional support.
• Reactivate inactive clients via targeted outreach.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Customer Support, Trading, and Marketing teams.
• Maintain understanding of products, developments, and initiatives while adhering to regulations.

Requirements

• Native or near-native German proficiency with strong written and spoken English
• Demonstrable experience managing clients in financial services, ideally CFDs, FX, brokerage, or wealth management
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proven portfolio management with prioritization across demands
• Client-centred mindset, reliability, integrity, and excellent communication
• Proactive, commercially aware, and goal-oriented approach

• CySEC Basic certification (support provided if needed)
