What you will do

• Promote and upsell hirify.global’s solutions by analyzing client business models to optimize payment account activities.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet customer needs and strengthen long-term cooperation.
• Support the opening and maintenance of accounts for corporate and retail clients.
• Provide professional service and high-quality operational support for client requests.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within banking or EMI.
• Solid understanding of global payment rails and the fintech ecosystem.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Must be able to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Crypto and Digital Assets.
• Experience working with CRM systems or proprietary in-house software.
