What you will do

• Lead R&D activities and technological prototyping, specifically focused on generative AI for textures and 3D models in a game production context.
• Establish and manage strategic academic partnerships, including researcher selection and student recruitment.
• Define the R&D roadmap and facilitate the transfer of prototypes into industrial production pipelines.
• Develop and monitor budgets for research domains and leverage financial mechanisms for partnerships.
• Recruit and mentor a team of specialists to maintain high levels of research excellence and technology transfer.
• Coordinate with global La Forge entities to ensure coherent and agile R&D efforts across regions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering combined with a Project Management Certificate.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development.
• At least 4 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of second- and third-cycle academic environments.
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant discipline.
• University degree in Management/Administration.
• Experience in game production.
• Proficiency in French or Mandarin.
