Salary: $140,000 – $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a senior finance partner to Executive Leadership and the Revenue Organization regarding bookings performance and forecast risk.
• Own bottoms-up ARR models and rolling forecast cycles, including new logo, expansion, contraction, and churn cohorts.
• Develop AI-driven processes and automated reporting infrastructure for real-time revenue visibility.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations and executive-level narratives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or Investment Banking.
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue mechanics, including ARR, NRR, and GRR.
• Proven track record of managing and developing analyst-level talent.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
• Strong proficiency with CRM, ERP, and BI tools.
• Comfort leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
