What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of new B2B customers from initial setup to live launch.
  • Coordinate partners through the Launch Checklist, ensuring integration, balance top-ups, and communication reviews are completed.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager to ensure customers maximize the value of their loyalty partnerships.
  • Optimize partner visibility and performance through improved communication, email touchpoints, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain a high-quality CRM in HubSpot using AI to automate interaction logging and data enrichment.
  • Accelerate issue resolution by using AI to categorize support tickets and draft responses.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written) — mandatory.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Onboarding.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for writing, research, and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of digital integrations, including API connections, web links, and campaign dashboards.
  • Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different time zones.

  • Experience in the loyalty, hospitality, or travel industry.
