What you will do

• Identify, initiate, and close strategic partnerships with DeFi projects, protocols, and network validators.
• Manage relationships between hirify.global and key ecosystem partner stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to develop joint GTM strategies and co-marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute BD strategies targeting regional crypto communities, including KOLs, media outlets, and exchanges.
• Proactively identify integration opportunities across ecosystem partner investment portfolios.
• Represent hirify.global at ecosystem-affiliated events.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of BD, partnerships, or ecosystem development experience in crypto/Web3.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals that drive user and revenue growth.
• Established network including dApps, protocols, liquidity providers, and venture capitalists.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Deep understanding of crypto culture and community dynamics in relevant regions.
• Must have the right to work for the country you are based in.
