What you will do

• Assess employee expense claims for compliance with company policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Administer the expense management application and the corporate credit card program.
• Identify and communicate policy exceptions to management.
• Provide user support for the expense reporting application to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of corporate card statements and reimbursements in NetSuite.
• Manage the integration between the Ramp expense management platform and NetSuite.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills.
• Flexibility to business needs and the ability to use sound judgment in uncertain situations.
• Exposure to ERP systems and T&E workflow solutions (e.g., Ramp, Navan, Brex, SAP Concur, ChromeRiver, NetSuite) is preferred.
