What you will do

• Own RTB-specific platform features, including plan access controls, permissions, and plan browsing UX.
• Improve site and topography functionality to expand the range of lots RTB plans can serve.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of the core Studio web-based design tool.
• Act as the technical point of contact for RTB across engineering squads, translating product needs into engineering work.
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, and customer success teams to solve real-world customer friction.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code within a mature TypeScript, React, and Redux codebase.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping production web applications.
• Professional expertise in TypeScript, React, and Redux.
• Proficiency with modern frontend tooling and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to manage ambiguous scope with ownership.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with WebGL, 3D graphics, or geometric modeling.
• Experience working in a fluid startup environment.
• Experience with multi-tenant systems and complex permissions/access models.
