What you will do

• Architect scalable full-stack solutions from React front-end to Express/Postgres back-end.
• Master modern workflows using GCP Workflows, GitHub Actions CI/CD, and AI-assisted development.
• Scale the design system with Tailwind CSS for accessible, global UI.
• Build custom integrations bridging third-party APIs like Klaviyo and Shopify with internal systems.
• Integrate AI tools to optimize code quality, automate testing, and enhance customer experience.
• Mentor team through code reviews and architectural guidance.

Requirements

• Deep experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and full-stack applications.
• Strong system design skills covering scalability, performance, and tradeoffs.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and LLMs for problem-solving and efficiency.
• Server-side expertise in Node.js/Express and databases like Postgres.
• Mastery of modern frameworks, automated testing, and scalable code.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and fostering collaborative culture.

Nice to have

• Experience in ecommerce (Shopify) or B Corp environments.
