Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Granada, Spain; hybrid schedule with four days per week on-site and one day remote. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU.

hirify.global employs quality and engineering specialists to support Fusion for Energy and the DONES project.

What you will do

• Support the development of quality control procedures and standardisation methods.
• Support quality control inspections and supervision activities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the DONES Quality Management System, with a focus on quality control.
• Follow up on supply chain activities, witness control points, and assess the robustness of management-system implementation.
• Manage nonconformities, including corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a similar field.
• At least five years of experience defining and coordinating quality control activities, including methodology, standardisation, and performance measurement systems.
• At least five years of experience in quality control supervision and supply chain follow-up.
• At least three years of experience developing and maintaining Quality Management System procedures.
• Experience managing nonconformities and corrective and preventive actions.
• Full-time on-site presence is mandatory, and candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
