Location: Hybrid (Katowice, Poland)

What you will do

  • Develop AI agents and agent workflows using Python and agentic frameworks.
  • Build and maintain applications and APIs for local testing, validation, and chat-based experiences.
  • Implement retrieval and RAG-style solutions using Azure AI Search and Databricks.
  • Integrate enterprise systems, documents, and APIs into AI workflows.
  • Apply Git and CI/CD practices to deliver maintainable software solutions.
  • Collaborate within a Scrum team of engineers and data professionals to iterate on agent performance.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in software engineering, AI, or ML engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Git, and GitHub Actions.
  • Basic understanding of agent frameworks, RAG concepts, and LLM-powered workflows.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Katowice, Poland in a hybrid model.

Nice to have

  • Experience with FastAPI, React, TypeScript, Copilot Studio, or MCP patterns.
