What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to uncover homebuilder workflows, pain points, and priorities in Design, Sales, Purchasing, and Estimating
• Shape solution strategies with AEs, guiding prospects to hirify.global-powered future-state visions
• Conduct platform demonstrations to help buyers envision business operations on hirify.global
• Build ROI narratives, business cases, and playbacks to quantify impact and align stakeholders
• Champion Challenger sales: teach perspectives, tailor relevance, and control the sales process
• Provide field feedback to refine messaging, objection handling, and competitive positioning
• Support post-sale discovery, onboarding, or training for strategic accounts

Requirements

• Industry experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech
• Deep understanding of homebuilding areas: Estimating, Design, Sales, Finance, Land, or Purchasing
• Excellent presentation skills, tailoring for executives and day-to-day users
• Sharp communication as workflow translator and platform evangelist

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools
