What you will do

• Lead design and implementation of production-grade AI agents and workflows.
• Act as technical lead for AI chapter, ensuring standards and best practices.
• Define architecture patterns for AI apps, retrieval, and integrations.
• Design RAG implementations using Azure AI Search and Databricks.
• Develop supporting APIs, tools, and UIs for AI solutions.
• Build foundational components like reusable CLI tools, agent skills, and libraries.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, AI engineering, or machine learning engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related.
• Advanced Python expertise.
• Strong production experience with Azure and Databricks.
• Advanced PySpark, SQL, Git, GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks, LLMs, multi-step AI workflows, RAG concepts.

Nice to have

• APIs and apps with FastAPI, React, TypeScript.
• Agentic tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, Cursor.
• Defining standards, reviewing projects, building reusable foundations.
